2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) exclude the reciprocal rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by ShadowCam to customers via the website.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of the present T&Cs by the customer.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
The photographs, videos or visuals are not contractual and do not engage the responsibility of the seller.
Product availability is indicated on the website. In the event of a shortage, the customer will be informed and reimbursed.
4. Price
The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
They do not include delivery costs, which are specified when ordering.
ShadowCam reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
5. Order
The customer validates his order by following the online ordering process.
The order is only considered final after full payment of the price.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the customer.
6. Payment
Payments are secure and can be made by:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
The seller will not be required to deliver the products ordered if payment has not been duly validated.
7. Delivery
- Delivery areas: [e.g. mainland France, European Union, etc.]
- Deadlines: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours and delivered within 5 to 10 days maximum , depending on the destination.
- Carrier liability: The seller is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
In the event of a delay of more than 30 days, the customer can request cancellation of the order and be reimbursed.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of14 calendar daysfrom receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error attributable to the seller.
- The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
9. Returns and Refunds

Any damaged or incomplete product cannot be returned.
10. Guarantees
The beneficial products of:
- Legal guarantee of conformity(articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code)
- Guarantee against hidden defects(articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)
The customer has a period of 2 years to take action under the legal guarantee of conformity.
11. Liability
The seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
The seller cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet (service failure, external intrusion, virus, etc.).
12. High
The information collected during the order is necessary for the management and monitoring of customer relations.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

13. Intellectual Property
All elements of the ShadowCam site (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property.
Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service as a priority for an amicable solution.
The customer can also contact a consumer mediator.
Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
